To enter Brazil, a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry is required by all foreign citizens.

V I S A S

Visas for Brazil are NOT required for all nationals of EU countries for stays up to 90 days.

Visas ARE REQUIRED for nationals of USA, Canada, and Australia.

   While Rio de Janeiro is your final destination, when organizing flights it can also be helpful to search for routes with Sao Paolo as the destination.  Frequently, Sao Paolo connects with many of the major cities of the world.  And as Sao Paolo is a 45 minute flight from Rio, flights between the two cities are frequent and easy to manage. 

Note:  For security reasons we recommend leaving fine jewelry at home.

In May we enjoy the autumn season in Rio De Janeiro, with temperatures averaging   27C/ 80F during the day, and falling to 20C/68F in the evening. As most of the events will be taking place outside, please take this into consideration.
